We collect information you choose to submit through our early-access, booking-request, and provider-application forms. This may include your name, email address, phone number, location, wellness preferences, requested dates, professional credentials, website links, and provider profile photos.

Our hosting and form providers may also process basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website. Auvora does not collect payment information through this website.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, make provider matches, review provider applications, communicate about Auvora, operate and improve the service, and prevent misuse. Provider information and photos are published only when the provider grants publishing permission. Private contact details are not placed on public profiles unless separately approved.

When information is shared

We may share relevant booking details with an independent wellness provider when needed to evaluate or fulfill a request. We also use service providers, including our website host and form-processing provider, to operate the site. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, Auvora, or the service. Auvora does not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, recordkeeping, safety, and legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, use the booking request form and write “Privacy request” in the Notes field.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging wellness services. Children should not submit forms directly. A parent or guardian may provide limited information needed to arrange an age-appropriate service.
